It’s a certification that signifies police approved safety measures for housing. The hinges, handles, and locks are designed within the frame to make it nearly impossible for burglars to enter through the front door. The cylinder also features core pull-resistant fittings to prevent the so-called “core pulling” burglary method, where the cylinder is pulled out of the lock.
